- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
- Score = Reps achieved out of a possible 900
- then…
- 2) Practice Hand stands at the wall or Hand Stand walking for 10 min
- Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
