- For time:
- Row 3,000 meters (or Our substitution – 300 SDHP – 13 kg / 20 kg)
- 300 double-unders (Scaling – 600 singles for today)
- Run 3 miles (4,8 km)

- Time Cap = For class purposes we will put a time cap of 40 minutes on this
- .
- Score = Time plus 1 sec per rep missed (and 2,5 sec for every 10 m missed)

- Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
