  • * 30 Snatches (42,7 kg / 61 kg)
  • Score = Time

  • 2) Back Squat 
  • * Warm-up and then complete 20 reps x 1 (Time how long it takes for you to complete the 20 reps)
  • * 60% of your 1 RM
  • .
  • then…
  • .
  • 3) AMRAP the following complex for 6 min:
  • *Load is set at 60% of your 1 RM snacth
  • 1 Snatch
  • 1 OHS
  • 1 Snatch Balance
  • 1 Back squat
  • Score = Reps
