B) Complete the following Chipper for time:
- 30 Hang Power Cleans (70 kg / 49 kg)
- 100 SDHP (20 kg / 13 kg) – use same bar – unload weights by oneself
- 30 HR Burpees
- 100 m Walking Lunge (50 kg / 30 kg)
Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
