CrossFit Program Introduction
All CrossFit Training will be completed within 55 minutes, this includes a warm up, the workout, and a cool down. Specially arranged event classes, usually scheduled for weekends, may surpass this time. Classes are held at the CrossFit East London Facility – Shop 3B, The Hub, Beacon Bay, Bonza Bay Road. All participants starting the CrossFit program are to complete the “foundations” program before joining group classes. This ensures that you know how to perform the basic movements safely and effectively. This program will also introduce you to the CrossFit East London Community before you start your first group class. 

These small group sessions are designed to get you to your first group class with the knowledge you need to start successfully.
