  • 5 Snatch Balance (50% of your snatch 1 RM)
  • Score = reps achieved out of a possible 90 reps

  • 2) Complete 3 rounds of the following for quality: 
  • 3 x Inverted hang to front lever
  • 3 x Inverted hang to rear lever
  • 3 x Tuck sit to L-sit
  • 3 x Kickup to HS at wall
  • Score = no score – for quality
  • then…
  • AMRAP the following for 8 min:
  • 7 C2B Pull-ups
  • 10 (5 e) Pistols (or alternating lunges)
  • 7 Spiderman Push-ups (at bottom of pushup bring right knee to right elbow & vice versa)
  • Score = Total Reps
  • Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
