- 5 Snatch Balance (50% of your snatch 1 RM)
- Score = reps achieved out of a possible 90 reps
- then…
- 2) Complete 3 rounds of the following for quality:
- 3 x Inverted hang to front lever
- 3 x Inverted hang to rear lever
- 3 x Tuck sit to L-sit
- 3 x Kickup to HS at wall
- Score = no score – for quality
- then…
- AMRAP the following for 8 min:
- 7 C2B Pull-ups
- 10 (5 e) Pistols (or alternating lunges)
- 7 Spiderman Push-ups (at bottom of pushup bring right knee to right elbow & vice versa)
- Score = Total Reps
- Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
