1) EMOM for 10 min – 5 Snatch (65% of your 1RM)

Score = Score out of a possible 50 reps

1) – UWS Athletes – EMOM 3 Snatches (65% of your 1 RM)

.

then…

.

2) EMOM for 10 min – 3 Clean Deadlifts (70% 1RM)

.

Score = Score out of a possible 30 reps

.

2) – UWS Athletes – complete 3-3-3 Power Cleans (75% 1RM)

.

3) EMOM for 10 min – 5 Split Jerks (65% of 1RM)

.

Score = Score out of a possible 50 reps

.

3) – UWS Athletes – AMRAP the following for 7 min:

5 Toes to Bar

5 HR Burpees

5 Thrusters (32 kg / 45 kg)

.

Score = Total Reps

.

Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
