    • If you missed yesterday’s Met Con, then complete it today:

 

    • 1) Complete 5 Rounds of the following for time:
    • *3 Squat Clean Thrusters (Clusters) (70kg /45 kg)
    • *3 Thrusters (70kg /45 kg)
    • *3 Front squats (70kg /45 kg)

 

    • For the rest…

 

    • 1) AMRAP the following for 10 min:
    • *Burpee Pull-up’s
    • *At the start of each minute complete 10 wall balls (9.1 kg / 6.3 kg) before continuing with burpee pull-ups
    • Start the wall balls at the end of the first minute (i.e. at 60 sec)

 

    • then…

 

    • 2) Practice HS holds/HS walking for 15 min.

 

    • Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
