  • 1) 4 Athletes per team – Complete 2 Rounds of the following for time:
  • 40 m (i.e. 40 m each) Walking lunge (BB held overhead) (50 kg / 30 kg) (1 PAIR COMPLETE THIS WHILE OTHER PAIR BUSY ON 2nd MVT)
  • Run 1 km (i.e. 500 m each) (1 PAIR COMPLETE THIS WHILE OTHER PAIR BUSY ON FIRST MVT)
  • 60 Hang Snatches (40 kg / 20 kg) (i.e. 30 reps each) (1 PAIR COMPLETE THIS WHILE OTHER PAIR BUSY ON 2nd MVT)
  • Run 1 km (i.e. 500 m each) (1 PAIR COMPLETE THIS WHILE OTHER PAIR BUSY ON FIRST MVT)
  • Pairs only swop once each pair has finished it’s given workload each round!
  • Time Cap 15 min
  • Score = Time OR Time plus 1 sec per rep mised
  • Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
