- * Odd minutes – 1 Power Snatch, 2 Snatch Balance, 1 Snatch (50% of 1 RM)
- * Even Minutes – 40 DU’s
- Score = score out of 40 for snatch complex and score out of 400 for DU’s
- then…
- 2) Buy-out…
- Complete the following for time:
- * 60 sec cumulative L-sit
- * 60 sec cumulative Front tuck lever
- * 60 sec cumulative Front bridge
- * 30 T2B
- Score = Time
- Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
