  • 1) In Teams of 4 AMRAP the following for 20 min:

  • 20 m sled push (no load / 40 kg)
  • 5 tyre flips
  • This constitutes 1 round.
  • .
  • Two athletes work at the same time. Athletes can split the workload as desired but each athlete must work on both sled pushing and tyre flipping through the AMRAP.

  • Score = Rounds + additional reps completed in 20 minutes

  • 2) In Teams of 4 AMRAP the following for 10 min:
  • Sled push (unloaded) – AMRAP of 50 m lengths
  • NB – Workload can be split between team members as desired but each athlete must go on thier turn (no skipping of turns allowed) and each athlete must push the sled a min of 5 meters on each attempt before he/she can switch with another team mate).
