Trigger/Warm-up/Mobilise/Activate

A) Complete the benchmark workout “Angie” for time:
100 Pull-up’s
100 HR Push-up’s
100 Sit-Up’s
100 Squats

Score = Time

then…after 5 min of rest…

B) Complete a 1km Row (or 100 SDHP 20kg/13kg) for time

Score = Time

Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
