Trigger/Warm-up/Mobilise/Activate

A) Power Clean EMOM –

  • EMOM for 10 min – 7 Power Cleans (at 75% of your 1RM) Last done on the 3rd of July – add 2.5 – 7.5kg to your weight then

Score = score out of a possible 70 reps

then…

B) The benchmark WOD “Mary” – complete as many rounds of the following possible in 20 min’s:

  • 5 Handstand push-ups
  • 10 1-legged squats (pistols…scale as required)
  • 15 Pull-ups

Score = Total Reps

Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
