Trigger/Warm-up/Mobilise/Activate

In Teams of 4 complete each athlete must complete 12 Rounds of the following:
1 person completes 20 KB Swings (24kg / 16 kg)
1 person Bear crawls 20 m (2 x 10 m shuttles)
1 person completes a 100 m sprint (2x50m)
1 person rests

* once all members completed the required reps then move to the next station (i.e. pace of rotation set by slowest finisher)

Score = Time

Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
