  • 21 HSPU’s
  • 30 DU’s
  • 15 HSPU’s
  • 18 DU’s
  • 9 HSPU’s

* Every minute complete 5 burpees (stop wherever you are at and do the 5 burpees before continuing)

  • Score = Time or Time plus 1 sec / rep missed
