  • “Karen” – 150 wall balls for time (9.1 kg / 6.3 kg at target set at 3.05 m / 2.74 m):

Rest 5 min

  • “Annie” – Complete 50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of DU’s and Sit-up’s for time

Rest 5 min

  • “Grace” – 30 Clean & Jerks for time (61kg/43kg)

Score = Time for each Girl WOD and Total Time for all 3 Girl WOD’s
