A) Take 20 min to build up to and determine you maximum vertical jump height
Place bumpers on top of boxes as required for incremental increases!
Record max height achieved.
NB – no step or run up allowed.

B) Complete 5 Rounds of the following for time:
- 10 C2B Pull-up’s
- 10 Walking lunges with Barbell in Front rack position (60 kg / 30 kg)
- 100 m Sprint
Time Cap = 15 min
Score = Time or Time Cap plus 1 sec per Rep missed
Cool-down/Trigger Ball/Foam Roll/Stretch
