Trigger/Warm-up/Mobilise/Activate

1) Power Clean

2-2-2 (70% 1RM Power Clean)

2) Complete 1 Round (8 min) of the following for total reps (Those deloading can complete at an RPE of 7/10):

1 min AMRAP Battle rope (Double up down)

1 min AMRAP Box Jumps (61 cm / 51 cm)

1 min AMRAP HR Push-up’s

1 min AMRAP SDHP (20 kg / 13 kg)

1 min AMRAP Pull-up’s

1 min AMRAP Wall Ball’s (9,1 kg / 6,3 kg)

1 min AMRAP DU’s

1 min AMRAP KB Swings (24 kg / 16 kg)

3) Practice T2B technique for 5 min (Do not go crazy and get fatigued. Do a few reps and then recover before practicing again!)
